El taller de “Jaguá”.

Como tantos otros comercios y negocios en Asunción el taller de “Jaguá” es mucho más que eso. Punto de encuentro, reunión, transacciones de todo tipo, lugar de celebración, guardería… Sin horarios, trabajadores ni rutinas fijas. Personajes que aparecen y desaparecen, vendedores de todo tipo, negocios de todo tipo… Ellos marcan el ritmo y es el cliente quién se adapta.

Los aprendices son los que trabajan mientras que “Jaguá” y “Ñorso” tratan con los clientes y dirigen. El humor constante y el compartir obligatorio son las normas tácitas. Clientes y asiduos sin ocupación conocida pasan sus horas en el taller, tomando “tereré”, viendo pasar la vida, piropeando o cocinando asado y la “olla popular” (de pescado o carne silvestre como carpincho o yacaré). Pequeños espacios en los que se sucede la vida.
